Our Complete Wedding Planning & Coordination Service

For couples wishing to enjoy a seamless and hassle-free wedding experience, we offer a comprehensive wedding planning and coordination service, including assistance with all the necessary legal arrangements.

• Wedding Date & Ceremony Booking: Arranging, booking and confirming your preferred wedding ceremony date and time.
• Legal Paperwork Assistance: Advising you on the necessary legal documentation before travelling to Cyprus and checking your paperwork to help ensure everything is correctly prepared.
• Town Hall Arrangements: Meeting with you once you arrive in Cyprus, reviewing your documentation and accompanying you to the Town Hall to complete your legal declarations.
• Personal Wedding Venue Consultation: A pre-wedding meeting with our Oasis Team at the venue to discuss and finalise your arrangements, including selecting your preferred ceremony location (beside the pool, on our beautiful lawn, or within our romantic Olive Gardens) and perfect dining area.
• Bridal Flowers: A beautiful deluxe rose bridal bouquet and a matching buttonhole for the groom are included in our wedding planning package.
• Wedding Supplier Coordination: Arranging and coordinating all wedding services booked through our company, including flowers, decorations, transport, photography, bridal hair styling, makeup, nails and special touches.
• Wedding Day Coordination: Our team will oversee the arrangements and coordinate your booked suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone is in the right place at the right time.

€850 Wedding planner fee (Only applicable for Oasis Bookings Direct).

Alternative Wedding Planning Options

If you prefer, you may arrange your wedding ceremony directly through www.bookyourweddingday.com and appoint your own wedding planner.

Please note that all external wedding planners must be approved by Oasis Gardens before being appointed to coordinate a wedding at our venue. Our approved wedding planning companies include:

How to Secure Your Wedding Date

If you would like to book your wedding directly through Oasis Gardens or Weddings in Paphos, simply email us with:

• Both partners' full names
• Your preferred wedding date

Our team will check availability and confirm the next steps.

Your Peace of Mind — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

At Oasis Gardens, we understand that booking your wedding is an important decision, and we want you to feel completely confident and reassured when making your arrangements.

In keeping with consumer rights principles and our commitment to fair and transparent booking practices, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date your booking is confirmed. During this period, you may cancel your wedding booking for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation, and receive a full refund of all monies paid.

After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, your €1,400 deposit will become non-refundable, and our standard booking terms and cancellation conditions will apply.

Legal Marriage Fees in Cyprus

The following statutory fees are payable directly to the municipality when attending your appointment to complete your legal declarations and paperwork:

• Special Marriage Licence & Marriage Fees: €482
• Additional Certified Marriage Certificate: €15 per copy
• Apostille Stamp: Cost to be confirmed, usually between €45 – €55 per certificate

Wedding ceremonies take place Monday to Saturday, with Sunday ceremonies available by special permission only. We recommend obtaining at least one additional certified copy of your marriage certificate. Please note that legal documents needed to marry in Cyprus can vary depending on your nationality and marital status. Our wedding planning team will advise you on the specific documents required for your circumstances.

Final Wedding Arrangements

As your wedding day approaches, your dedicated wedding planner will be in contact to discuss and confirm all final details, helping to ensure everything is perfectly organised for your celebration. If you have any questions at any stage, our friendly team is always delighted to help.
